Before we start I would like to share my personal Journey. I am a trained therapist and a certified beautician. When I started hearing about these hair treatments I looked into it a little further and I realized that these collagen hair treatments cost around 20000-30000 rupees at these fancy salons and I thought I could make that myself.

So I did a little research found out what I needed and then I started making hair masks at home with some ingredients that are easily available in our Indian Kitchen. I started applying this once a month to my hair and when I started doing that I noticed a 360-degree difference with my hair. Collagen, coconut and Olive

So collagen is so great for the hair because what it does can build strength from the inside out so it penetrates the hair and builds strength. Collagen is a protein it's the main form of protein in the body it's kind of like the glue that holds our body together and it is so awesome for anti-aging.

Advantages:

Its Protect hair against the sun

Act as a shield when the environment is toxic or full of dust.

Good for Curly hair

Use:  

Two tablespoons of Coconut oil, Two tablespoons of olive oil, and one tablespoon of collagen peptides or hydrolyzed collagen. Mix them all together in a bowl, apply to your hair, leave for 20-30 minutes, and then shampoo your hair. The oil provides rich nourishment to hair and scalp and makes your hair super smooth. You can do this once a month.

The oils form a shield, perfect for people who often use heat styling tools.

Use:

One crush avocados, 2 table spoons of olive oil, little bit of honey, mix well until this comes out as creamy, then use on wet hair and keep this for 30-45 mins. Use a comb with wide teeth to make sure the product is spread evenly.
Put on a shower cap to keep the warmth in and improve the absorption of products. Then rinse with warm water. To address very dry hair, keep the mask on all night.
